The Schott NYC Perfecto 613UST One Star is a very limited edition Schott Perfecto line asymmetrical motorcycle jacket made exclusively for Japan. This is a very rare model that was produced in very limited numbers, acquired in about 2015. It has been slightly modified–the half belt was removed (see photos).
